Complaints Received

I found virtually no unresolved complaints that seemed valid while I researched this casino. Of course, there are the typical Betcoin scam accusations, but every casino gets that so they are rarely a legitimate complaint.

One complaint was successfully resolved by Casino Guru that involved a player’s deposit not being credited to his account. It turned out to be a misunderstanding on the part of the player.

Betcoin has a community forum where issues can be addressed by other players. They also have 24-hour support to help you if you have any problems beyond what the community can help you with.

However, TrustPilot reports that Betcoin hasn’t responded to complaints in the last 12 months. This may be due to the complaints not being legit, but responding to them would certainly help their own credibility.

The sportsbook is the only place on Betcoin where I can find a search box. I think it would be a useful addition to other pages on the site. 

I’d also love to see live streaming of games but this is a medium-sized casino, so maybe as they grow, they will add more features.

You can even bet on virtual sports like horse racing, greyhound racing, basketball, golf, and more. 

All in all, you have lots of options from games and leagues worldwide. There is definitely something for everyone on Betcoin.

8. Player Experience 9.0/10

Betcoin offers a really enjoyable player experience. There are a few minor improvements that I would like to see, like having a search box on each page and live streaming of games. 

However, none of this affects gameplay. Here is a breakdown of the overall player experience.
 

Platform Features and Functionalities

Betcoin has a fluid, well-designed site. Games load quickly with no lag. 

They have an excellent support page with answers to a tremendous number of questions, so you can easily find what you need there or the community support page.

I really wish more sites had this feature.

Betcoin also has a chat box that allows you to interact with other players, which often makes games more enjoyable. But if you’d rather not interact, the chat box can be hidden out of the way.

One more really nice feature that isn’t very common to see is, when you click a specific game, you’ll see recent bets, leaderboards, similar games you might enjoy, and comments from other players.
 

 

Design and Appearance

I always like the brighter casino sites. Maybe because so many of them have a black (dark, depressing) background. 

I loved that Betcoin offers a visually pleasing balance of light and dark that made me feel comfortable. In my opinion, that balance makes play feel more exciting instead of dreary.

Everything is very easy to find and logically organized. Menus are at the top of the page for support, deposits, and other information. Game menus are just a little further down under the video header (nice touch!).

I was also pleased to see that the Betcoin mobile version of the site was almost as nice as the computer version. I would like to see it organized a little bit better though because the first thing you see is a list of providers and tags. 

A visually appealing header, followed by images of each game would be a better presentation.

9. Welcome Bonus

I was a little confused by Betcoin’s welcome bonus until I realized that it’s more of a delayed welcome bonus. I was just thrown off by the words “first deposit bonus” which is a little bit confusing at first glance.

I’ll explain this more under the promotions section and simply say there isn't a typical welcome bonus at Betcoin for most players.

Betcoin offers a few promotions, including a VIP program. After you register, you can start in the VIP program and as you move up in the program, you release extra bonuses.

I’ll explain how it normally works.
 

 

VIP Player’s Club

After you sign up, you can become a member of the VIP Player’s Club when you have earned one status point. Playing casino, sportsbook, live casino, and poker games will help you level up in the program by giving you more status points.

The number of status points you earn per chip bet is based on the type of game you are playing.

• Casino games - One chip bet is equal to .05 status points 
• Sports games - One chip bet is equal to .1 status points
• Dice games - One chip bet is equal to .025 status points

Once you have earned one status point you enter the VIP program at the first level, Bronze III. This level allows you .01% betback on dice and sports games. 

There are a total of 19 levels in the VIP program, topping out at Master once you’ve earned 10,000,000 status points.

Master level gives you 8.25% lossback on casino games, .2% betback and 3.3% lossback on sports, and .35% betback and 3.3% lossback on dice games.

You need 1000 status points to move from Bronze I to Bronze II. This level gives you .5% lossback on casino games, .01% betback and .2% lossback on sports games, and .02% lossback and .2% betback on dice games.

Bronze II also puts you in position for your first bonus. What I earlier referred to as a delayed welcome bonus. 

Delayed because people have abused these promos in the past and Betcoin, understandably, wants to prevent that from happening again.

This is what threw me off because I thought ‘first deposit bonus’ meant a bonus for your actual first deposit. However, it’s for your first deposit after you reach Bronze II level in the VIP program.

When I emailed customer service, I received a reply in less than two hours, which was very impressive to me. Other casinos I have reviewed take two days, or may not reply at all.
