Currently, BetBTC doesn't have any reviews at TrustPilot.

I checked alternative sites such as AskGamblers and CasinoGuru for more user impressions.

I found only one comment at CasinoGuru stating that BetBTC is horrible. According to his experience, the site does not pay out, and customer support is very bad. 

I checked the Bitcointalk.org forum to find more comments from users, and I found one BetBTC sportsbook review, which opened the discussion among other users and the provider itself.

According to the unsatisfied user, the site voided his bet 25 minutes after placing it and 10 minutes after the game had started, and his team had been winning big.

He explained that BetBTC had already tried to scam him, and this was the fourth time. He provided all the details and screenshots about the situation and their conversations. 

The casino responded to this accusation, stating that bets that vary significantly are voided within 30 minutes. They also provided detailed terms and conditions explaining the policy. 

This comment dates back to January 2021, when BetBTC was still running a sportsbook platform.

Since then, they have closed their sportsbook, and now players can only enjoy online casino and virtual sports content. 

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any other comment regarding the casino platform.
